Community Outreach

At Capitol City Homes, we believe our impact reaches far beyond building new homes. We have a responsibility to support our community. So we sponsor several sports teams such as the Heritage Swim Team and the Wake Forest Parks and Recreation Softball Team. 

We also donate to many charities and organizations including the Wake County YMCA, The American Red Cross, The Humane Society The Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina, and Swing for the Kids.

In 2016, we organized and hosted the company's first charity golf tournament that raised more than $17,000 for a local 13-year old who suffers from a rare form of Hodgkin's Lymphoma. The tournament grew in 2017, raising over $28,000 to benefit a young cancer patient. In 2018, we hosted our 3rd charity golf tournament and raised over $31,000 to benefit a 14 year-old who was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. The 2019 tournament was the biggest yet, raising $43,750 for a 6 year-old with Perthes disease. For more information on our annual golf tournament, visit www.CapitolCityCares.com.
