Our success is built on more than just new homes — it's personal

"We are a group of people passionate about helping families realize their dreams. Building homes is simply a means to that end. And, we're good at it."

Capitol City Homes, LLC is headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina and builds new home in Raleigh, Wake Forest, Clayton, Chapel Hill and Pittsboro, NC. Founded by Triangle area construction professionals with more than 50 years of home building experience, we have built award-winning, high performance new homes since 2009.

View Life Inside

We know that homebuyers are sophisticated and want homes that are distinctive, comfortable, and energy efficient. Our talented team combines building experts, skilled designers, and experienced marketing and sales professionals.

Our philosophy that every home should be personal is why our customers fall in love with their new home. For us it's about ensuring an experience that matches the workmanship and details we build into each of our homes.

Community Outreach

At Capitol City Homes, we believe our impact reaches far beyond building new homes. We have a responsibility to support our community. So we sponsor several sports teams such as the Heritage Swim Team and the Wake Forest Parks and Recreation Softball Team.

We also donate to many charities and organizations including the Wake County YMCA, The American Red Cross, The Humane Society The Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina, and Swing for the Kids.

In 2016, we organized and hosted the company's first charity golf tournament that raised more than $17,000 for a local 13-year old who suffers from a rare form of Hodgkin's Lymphoma. The tournament grew in 2017, raising over $28,000 to benefit a young cancer patient. In 2018, we hosted our 3rd charity golf tournament and raised over $31,000 to benefit a 14 year-old who was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. The 2019 tournament was the biggest yet, raising $43,750 for a 6 year-old with Perthes disease. For more information on our annual golf tournament, visit www.CapitolCityCares.com.

Industry Veteran or Newbie? I began my career in industrial construction. For five years, I assisted in the construction of oil and gas compression facilities and water treatment plants.

BCCH (Before Capitol City Homes): After graduating from East Carolina University, I moved north to West Virginia for a job in the emerging natural gas industry.I moved back to Raleigh to marry my wife, a Greenville native and I am very excited to be working in the residential side of construction.

Homebuilding Superpower: is understanding. I understand how to transition expectations and plans into an actual home. I understand how to assemble a team and keep them focused to accomplish our goals. I understand how each player’s role in our team contributes to the overall customer experience and satisfaction. Homebuilding has always been a passion of mine.

Originally From: I was born in Wilmington, NC in 1984 during Hurricane Diana.

I Learned From: I graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Minor in Business Administration.

I Think the New Home Industry Is Important Because: it helps to continue the “American Dream” and benefits the economy. No matter where you go and what you do, home is where the heart is. My great grandfather, an immigrant from Italy, was a homebuilder. He built many homes including the home where my mother grew up and it is still a home where my family gathers. Building homes gives people a place to start and raise their families, creating memories that last forever.

I Believe the Future of Homebuilding: is bright, as more efficient building materials and better construction techniques are constantly being developed.
